I am so sorry i have not updated in far too long, I have been a busy bee recently and had a multitude of bad news after bad news....SO!

Bureau is FINISHED!!!! before and after pics!

Hello !!! I am writing this post with a huge smile on my face! My Bureau is finished. After multiple calls from my dad begging me ''not paint the bloody thing'' being an antique.... I obviously ignored them and now it is finished. It kind of makes me less gutted to be a full time worker I absolutely love my flat now everything is coming together and it has made it all worth while. here are the before photos...

I Painted over the handles and then sanded them down a little...

After painting i sanded down the whole bureau in several places back to the wood.

I had an urge to paint my mini shoe shelves whilst I was at it eeeee. I willl be honest the living room/ dining room has all walnut furniture and the bedroom white, but the mix now in the living room works quite well. YAY.

Glittery Poppy

Hello everyone, this will be a blog post with a difference. Today im going to talk to you about a charity that is not only close to me and my family, but it should be close to every single person who lives in the UK. The Royal British Legion is the UK's leading charity, providing financial, social and emotional help to those who have served or who are currently serving in the British Armed Forces.

For the past few days I have been raising money for the Poppy Appeal 2010 through my work and around my local community, on behalf of Crown Hill, Royal British Legion. I wanted to post about this to help raise awareness for a charity that can sometimes be forgotten. I myself have had family members fight in wars and my brother is also on tour.

I have spent a lot of my time recently decorating my poppies to help raise money, and it has worked surprisingly well, I wanted to offer my readers the chance to have a glittery poppy for as little as a 1p donation but I have completely sold out through work, I have made a couple more and could possibly make more if there is a demand for them.

H&M Find for £4.99

Hello, Firstly apologies for looking so ill in the photos, I have had a headache for 2 days but really wanted to show you this scarf, I absolutely love it. I have been enjoying browsing the new autumn, winter clothes on the high street and kind of needed a new scarf. I also have a love affair with deep purple. The scarf is from H&M and it costs only £4.99, it comes in a range of gorgeous colours which you can see below that I think can work with anything. It is a loop scarf and so can be doubled over for extra warmth.

super teeny weeny blog post

I unfortunately have an extremely busy week ahead with work and so I will not be able to post everyday, however I do have at least 3 nice blog posts ready to go I just need to edit photos ect.. these will include - An amazing product from H&M, an outfit of the day, and an exciting announcement !!!!!

I have some exciting news that I think most people will appreciate. It involves a charity that everyone loves and im kind of proud of myself for working hard to make this work out so check back tomorrow! eeeee

Halloween 2008 2009 2010 A Hair Story

2008 My hair has just grown back from the 'pob' cut in September 07

2009 My hair fell out in April this is how much it had grown back by Halloween. Note I did not have my hair cut once, not even an uneven bob which all my friends thought was intentional.
2010, 18 months on from my hair disaster which was all my fault in the first place, my hair has grown back and is super healthy! This year I was working on Halloween here is the simple look.
